Monthly Property Management Fees

14.4% of rent (12% plus vat)

Subject to a minimum fee of £60.00

Initial Managed set up charge (including marketing & tenant find fee)

60% of one months’ rent

(50% plus vat)

Fees Relating to Tenant Find Only Properties

   

Let Only Fee (including marketing & tenant find fee)

90% of one months’ rent

Monthly Rent Collection fee

6% of rent (5% plus vat)

Refurbishments & Project Management

   

Supervision & Project Management Fee for property refurbishments

12% of total cost of project
