Lucy Sole-Strevens

I started working for Chilterns in July 2019 within the Property Management team as a Lettings & Repairs Co Ordinator. I deal primarily with organising repairs for our fully managed rental properties and organising refurbishment projects along with many other general duties required for managing our portfolio of properties. I am passionate about customer service and love the interaction with tenants and landlords helping them to resolve any queries or issues and building relationships.

I was born in Bury St Edmunds and raised in Thetford. I now live in Lakenheath with my husband, two children and our cat Freddie. When time permits, I enjoy travel, reading and the theatre but am equally happy at home enjoying family time.
